 If you are unhappy with your current property management, in Victoria, you can transfer your property across to another agent at any time without any fees to do so.  

A managing authority is what is referred to as a 'continuing authority' but it is not a lock in contract.  

All it takes is an initial chat with one of our team, to mutually understand how best we can manage your property, we then mutually agree to terms by signing a new Management Authority, we then handle the rest! 

You don't need to lift a finger...  We handle all communication with the current agent, the tenant, collect all relevant files & keys, as well as organising an inspection to check any maintenance or outstanding items.
