In 2020 Di purchased another rent roll in the Macedon Ranges, where her 2nd branch was born.
SpringviewBnB started 7 years ago when an owner wanted to move to short term, and it was born.
Bellarine Getaways was purchased from Hayeswinckle Real Estate in 2023.
Di also own WPD Property Services which is handyman & painting business and Coad Cleaning & Maintenance (currently Springview Cleaning), she also do furniture styling for sales properties.

There's no point putting in someone just to 'fill the gap' if it's going to cause more grief, stress & cost more money at the end of the day. With over 30 years experience between us in Property Management and both of us being of a more 'mature' age:), we find that we can better relate to different circumstances and relay a different level of maturity to managing your valuable investment.
With the marketing, each individual property depends on the property itself and how we can best to get the most people through the door to rent your property. We design it to suit each individual property requirements inline with the market at the time. We generally advertise on all the major real estate website portals, our own website, social media, as well as a board, if the property permits this.
We are also very upfront and transparent with our fees, there are no 'hidden nasties' by quoting a management fee and are open to discussion as that is an important factor in choosing the right agent. We don't charge extras for routines, or any inspections or reports and we are more than happy to discuss a fee structure that works for both of us. We also know we are not the cheapest going around, and we are proud of that, as we don't want to be budget property managers, more so, providing quality service to our clients, so we charge accordingly for the service we pride ourselves on, especially with properties renting in the price bracket as yours, you want to know your property is in good hands.
